Are you driven by good customer relationships and always striving to exceed customer expectations? Are you also a team player who makes things happen and are good in establishing relationships with customers and internal stakeholders?
As Supply Chain Customer Collaboration Specialist, you will develop strong collaborations with Swedish key customers. To succeed and maximize service level and efficiency the role also requires good internal collaboration with functions such as sales and demand & supply.
Your key focus areas will include
Ability to build and maintain trust and effective relationships with key customer contacts as well as internal functions.
Understand your customers’ supply chain processes and needs and always act with the customer in mind.
Identify areas of mutual development opportunities to maximize service and efficiency.
Lead monthly country team/KAM
Analyse the accuracy of the promotion demands and strive to improve the forecasts.
Manage the daily flow of sales orders and act and follow up on customer claims.
Have close co-operation with the transport agent and monitor delivery performance.
Proactively inform customers about delivery issues and see how to solve these in the best way.
Your Profile
Ideally you will have 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar function
Further education within supply chain or logistics.
Strong customer focus and service orientation
An organized and self-motivated person
Enthusiastic with a positive outlook and a proactive mindset
Good knowledge of Excel and SAP
Experience of a role within planning
Fluent in English and Swedish
