Galderma in Uppsala is on a growth journey! We are building a new factory and improving the ways of working across the whole site. Then you should continue to read as we are now opening a position as Supply Chain Data Analyst.
Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Data Analyst will be responsible for efficiently ensuring accurate product and planning data across all relevant systems, planning platforms, and business intelligence tools within the Uppsala site of Galderma.
As Data Analyst you will work with strengthening site data management processes and governance and will secure a smooth data transition to new planning systems. In partnership with the Production Planning Manager of the Supply Chain organization, you will coordinate data strategy development and execution to allow for smooth systems utilization and prepare for digitalization, working hand-in-hand with the IT organization. You will also be expected to bring new business intelligence tools and ways of working.
Other work tasks will be to:

Identify and map all key data elements to be cleansed

Contribute to transversal projects
*
Deploy processes, train stakeholders, ensure user adoption
*
Monitor accuracy and other key metrics
*
Support the operations organization with BI report creation and maintenance
Requirements
You likely have a Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, with around 3-5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Data & Digital transformation, or Data analytics.
To be successful in this role you understand the end-to-end supply chain concepts and distribution strategies, DRP, MPS, and MRP planning concepts. You have a demonstrated ability to analyze data and drive process improvements. If you have a working knowledge of digital innovation for process automation, prior exposure to operations transformation programs as well as Lean or Six Sigma experience it will be considered meriting.
You have strong business acumen, and an ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, while also being detail-oriented and having the ability to organize large amounts of data. You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. To thrive in this role, you should bring a curious and creative mindset, and be able to propose innovative ideas.
