Scania Supply Chain Networks, is a department within Industrial Operations. Our ambition is to become the leader in sustainable logistics and our mission is to globally develop, manage and optimize our logistical flows by building flows with minimal environmental impact, high quality and minimal total logistic cost.

Job description
You will have an important role in developing the Inbound Transport Network and the Transport & Material Control processes, to be prepared to meet Scania’s future strategies and goals.

We are focusing heavily on Scania’s Sustainability journey where working with partnerships, internal and external, is a key to reach our high Sustainability target. You will work as a Supply chain developer, lead and participate in cross-functional projects and work individually within our area of responsibility. Developing the inbound network and processes in pace with Scania growing globally our digitalisation journey, is an enabler for reaching the long term targets.

The team
The group consists of eight driven, competent and positive logistics developers with diverse backgrounds and mixed experience. We share our knowledge and support each other and you will be a part of our development journey as a team and as individuals to fulfil our mission and reach our targets.

Your profile
We believe that you have a University degree within logistics or similar. Work experience within Supply chain or business development is required. If you have knowledge within project management is a merit.
You will work in an international environment that requires fluency in spoken and written English. You are skilled in analysing and are comfortable in applying new technologies to support in the digitalization journey.
We believe you are a positive, driven, curious and communicative person with a talent in connecting with new people. You easily see the big picture, understand the details, see new opportunities and take initiatives for improvements.
