Scania Supply Chain Networks, OI, is a department within Production & Logistics. Job description
You will have an important role in developing the Inbound Transport Network and our processes for Transport & Material Control. Cross-functionally you lead or participate in different logistics improvement projects with the purpose to support Scania’s future strategies and goals. You will have high focus on Scania’s Sustainability journey and a key to succeed the challenging targets will be optimization and collaboration, both internally and externally. Developing the inbound network and processes in pace with Scania growing globally, our digitalisation journey is an enabler for reaching the long term targets.
The team
The group consists of nine developers with diverse backgrounds and mixed experience. We share our knowledge and support each other and you will be a part of our development journey as a team and as individuals to fulfil our mission and reach our targets.
Your profile
We believe that you have a University degree within logistics or similar. Work experience within Supply chain development or business development is required, as well as knowledge within project management. You will work in an international environment that requires fluency in spoken and written English. You are skilled in analysing and experience in using Power BI or similar analysis tools is regarded a merit.
You are a positive, driven, curious and communicative person with a talent in connecting with new people. You easily see the big picture, understand the details, see new opportunities and take initiatives for improvements.
