Mölnlycke Health Care is one of the world's leading providers of single-use surgical and wound care solutions to the professional health care sector.Total annual sales are at present app.MEUR 800 and the group has about 6000 employees.Mölnlycke Health Care started operations as an independent company in 1998 and was acquired from Apax Partners by Investor in January 2007.Mölnlycke Health Care is a truly global company with the headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.You can find more information about the company at www.molnlycke.com.Supply Chain Development Manager to Mölnlycke Health Care A new and challenging role with great possibilities.Mölnlycke Health Care seeks a candidate with a solid supply chain management background, and who strives for operational excellence.The main purpose of this new role is to manage the development of the company's supply chain processes and provide support to the supply chain operations group.You will run and coordinate projects to establish efficient processes and roles within Supply Chain Management.It is a highly visible role requiring you to evolve with the business as it develops. As Supply Chain Development Manager you will have the following responsibilities and tasks: . Work closely with markets and supply chain teams to establish consistent critical processes, and interfaces with manufacturing and other suppliers . Benchmark supply chain processes to ensure that they are within acceptable parameters for the current level of business . Develop and maintain the process from forecasting through to manufacturing and third party suppliers .Identify gaps and propose solutions in terms of process adjustments or change projects . Provide supply chain competence into projects that impact processes relating to supply chain management This position reports directly to the Supply Chain Director, and is preferably based in Gothenburg, Sweden at the headquarters of Mölnlycke Health Care.Monthly international travel is involved.Experience / Profile: To be successful in this role, you have at least 5-10 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, as well as Sales & Operations Planning processes.You have a deep understanding of related processes such as inventory management, master planning, order processing, and have the ability to manage these processes effectively.It is an asset that you have experience from an international and multi-cultural working environment.SAP system experience is a prerequisite and your skills in oral and written English are excellent.You perform and work comfortably with the senior levels of an organisation and have a proven track record of acquiring consensus and developing business action plans.It is important that you have significant and relevant experience with IT systems in order to be a critical interface with the IT group in configuring and improving systems.You are structured, communicative and analytical.You thrive in a challenging and results oriented working environment.You are a great team leader as well as team player and have the ability through collaboration to implement your ideas and processes.
