Are you interested in delivering high quality, mutually profitable Supply Chain Development (SCD) projects for our most important clients, supporting sales to existing and new clients and expanding our Supply Chain Development capability within the Nordic & Baltic Area?

Then you should join and drive the further development of Damco Supply Chain Development team.

Your objectives:

.Supporting Strategic Sales in landing new customers
.Supporting Key Account Managers & Strategic Sales in selling additional services to existing customers
.Supporting retention/renewal of key customers
.Supporting product launch & innovation initiatives to ensure SCD product portfolio remains leading edge
.Ensuring that knowledge and success stories are shared in- and externally to support competency development as well as help strengthen the perception of the Damco brand

The ideal candidate:

.Professional logistician.Masters degree or equivalent experience
.Financial and operational understanding of an international supply chain
.Experience within international trade, sourcing, retail or logistics/inventory management
.Strong analytical skills
.People management skills and/or experience
.Sound commercial awareness
.Open and positive attitude
.Result-oriented self-starter with initiative and strong drive
.Passion, initiative and drive to continuously develop / service clients with creativity and innovation
.Fluent in Swedish or Danish and English, both verbally and in writing
.Experience in warehousing and distribution
.Network / contacts within the international logistics industry
.Experience in project management
The position is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.

A certain amount of traveling is expected
