You will be part of the TMHE Supply Strategy and Control team, working in an international environment with focus on Supply Chain development, strategy and control. Your main responsibility will be to manage prioritized programs and projects together with Supply Management. In addition, and as a way to follow progress, you will also manage TMHE Supply Road-Map and Follow-up of Supply Performance.
In your work you will build and maintain a strong network in TMHE Supply and TMHE, coaching and supporting within supply chain development. You will have an important role in our work to increase production volumes, develop sustainability, improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Your Profile
We expect you to have an analytical mindset, good leadership skills and a strong focus on reaching sustainable results. You are a results-oriented team player who enjoys working in an international environment. You have probably developed senior knowledge and experience from previous work in a Supply Chain Management/Development position, you likely have a university degree and are fluent in English.
Travelling: We try to limit travelling but it is part of this role. 10-20 days/year
Location: Most of the Supply Strategy and Control Team are based in Mjölby, for this position other locations can be discussed. TEAMs meetings are frequently used.
