Looking for an exciting challenge in Supply Chain? In our ambitions to become the market leader in wireless technologies for the most business critical IoT-applications, we are now taking the next steps in strengthening our organization to take us on a new trajectory on our growth journey.

As our Supply Chain Director you will be fully responsible for our supply chain strategy (including operational performance, supply chain operations, purchasing and inventory of raw materials, production, selection of vendors, quality and distribution of finished goods). Part of the job is to lead our Supply Chain team with 6 enthusiastic professionals but also to supervise the manufacturing that has been outsourced to other EMS-vendors.

Being Supply Chain Director in a tech company such as LumenRadio you will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of the operations while at the same time also is expected to be heavily involved in contributing to our future growth plans.

To fill this challenging position we are looking for a business driven, efficient and people focused manager who enjoys leading and developing an organization within an international environment where most of the work is still to be done! You communicate openly and effectively with all groups and stakeholders. You can produce high quality and results on time and you have the ability to adapt to new and changing demands and continuously seek improvements. You like to work in a dynamic and modern company and you appreciate the opportunity to work with technical complex solutions.

Qualifications

We are looking for a committed and ambitious college with high drive and well-developed leadership skills!

• Minimum 7 years’ hands on experience within Supply Chain, preferably within the electronics component industry of alike or the tech industry.
• Working as part of a multisite/location organization.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Bonus if you have been working as a management consultant within supply chain.
