We are now on the behalf of our client seeking to recruit a Finance Manager, to be placed in the Hq of the Life Sciences Division in Uppsala, The position reports directly to the Life Sciences Global Operations Finance Manager. Your Challenge: . Pro-actively support Life Science Global Operations Finance Manager and Uppsala Site Manager in order to maximize profitability and efficiency of the site .Prepare monthly and quarterly accounts, perform variance analysis and ensure factory reports are reviewed across all manufacturing departments.. Manage Uppsala site inventory by reviewing and reconciling monthly ensuring loss provisions, obsolete and slow moving stocks are properly accounted for.. Actively work investment projects on-going at the site as well as help drive improvement on current investment cycle requisition . Drive initiatives to better leverage our use of the Oracle platform to improve quality & availability of financial information Your background: .MSc or BSc with seven to ten years of professional's experience, preferable with an audit and/or controller background . Excellent team-working skills and ability to work effectively across departments and across the company . Positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving and changing environment . Excellent interpersonal skills and prior experience of team leadership .
