Supply Chain Franchise Manager

Position summary:
Supply Chain Franchise Manager for the Oncology, Strep and Collection Device franchise. Responsible for driving the S&OP process for these product families, aligning on demand plan with sales / marketing partners & setting the final demand / supply balance. Metrics accountability includes (Global WOS, OTD, E&O & Inventory). Go-to person for stakeholders including executives when comes to supply chain related questions/topics linked to franchises.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Rationalize demand plan & drive to a united view of the development of the franchise (PSI meetings)
Ensure confidence in the demand signal that is driving the supply chain for the portfolio (PSI meetings)
Engage with key partners in sales/marketing/business operations to understand the characteristics of the portfolio as well as messaging the challenges in the supply chain area
Accountable for driving the franchise to set targets (WOS, OTD, E&O, Inventory), ensure driving to root cause in case of deviation
Monitor & manage the WOS throughout the supply chain network, ensure driving to root cause in case DC stock out & sales orders can´t be met supplied
Participate in forums covering NPI / R&D / Market expansion
Point of contact on health of the franchise within SC - Escalate if plan can´t be supported



Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience OR
Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience
