Supply Chain Improvement Driver

We are now looking for the right person to develop and improve our sourcing function with focus on two of our sourcing teams that handle sourced finished products, Parts & Accessories (P&A) with an organization based in Sweden and OEM Asia with an organization based in China.

Welcome to join a modern and international sourcing department with an inclusive and flexible work environment. You will report to Sourcing Director P&A. The position is based in Huskvarna but offers flexibility and partly remote work.
The role
Your main focus will be commercial and operational analyzes with goal to find the gaps in our organization that will lead to outreach and improvement measures of Supply Chain such as:
Accurate forecasts
Lead time improvement
Delivery capacity and precision.

You will become an interface internally and externally for Commodity / Category Managers for escalation of Supply-related issues and support for analysis/admin as well as work for improved operational channels overall.
You will work in close collaboration with our Commodity Managers but also our Suppliers. As this is a new role, there are great opportunities to influence the content of the role.
Your profile
To be a candidate for the role you to have at least 5 years experience from the Supply Chain field, preferably from an international and global company. You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain. Excellent knowledge of Stakeholder Management and Supplier Relationship Management is required as well as experience of Project Management and Process Development. You need to have excellent Excel skills together with an analytical mind. Fluency in English is required, Swedish and Chinese is of advantage.
It’s important that you as a person have the ability to cooperate in a team both with internal and external stakeholders and have good communication abilities and strong influencing skills.
