We are now looking for a 3 Supply Chain Logistic Coordinators to join our Supply Chain team in Skoghall. This is permanent employment, starting as soon as possible.
As a Logistics coordinator, you have an important role in our daily deliveries. You, together with other colleagues in the team, make sure that our orders are planned (short term), booked and delivered on time and needed documents are in place. Additionally, you’ll in your daily work investigate and solve all type of problems that will turn up. You are the hub of contact both internally and externally and handle a large network of contacts involving production, customer service and external service providers. The position handles all types of delivery modes from the mill (Rail, SECU, Trucks etc).
Your location will be Skoghall Mill. You will be working in the Packaging Materials Division and report to Manager Supply Chain Logistics, Sweden.
Who are we looking for?
In order to succeed in this role, you have some experience from logistics or supply chain, or another relevant field where you’ve had to handle many points of contacts. Your proficiency is based on a university degree in Engineering or Economics preferably towards Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or another relevant area. Experience working in Fenix, Power BI and knowing local MES is an asset but not a requirement.
As a person you are a good team player that always listen and hear people out. With your great problem-solving skills, you see changes as new possibilities. We value your ability to prioritize and keep calm when making decisions, even when the information is incomplete and time limited. You are driven by continuous improvement work and are prepared to take a lead in driving and implementing improvements in your network in order to develop the current process and ways of working. You like a system-based environment, and you feel motivated by the use of advanced and complex methods. You are a great communicator, and you communicate fluently in English and Swedish.
