Kvalifikationer
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience within SCM, logistics and/or educational background in business, logistics, SCM or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English – both spoken and written. Proficiency in local language and Korean is an advantage
- Strong Excel skills

Job Description
We are now looking for a Supply Chain Management Coordinator to Samsung! In this role you will lead the coordination activities needed in planning the product supply from Samsung factories to the Nordic and local market. You will work with demand forecasting, securing product allocation and timely purchasing, and be in charge of information sharing at the Nordic headquarters in Sweden in order to give the best support to Sales for maximized operational efficiency. You will keep track of new model introduction schedule and channel model selection, follow up the product lifecycle process in cooperation with product managers, develop and review reports for the local office, Nordic SCM operations and the Korean HQ (e.g. sales forecasts and inventory status, weekly sales discrepancy, demand change overviews), monitor production/shipment status and take proper actions to solve issues, analyze the reasons for low forecast accuracy and devise suggestions and actions for improvement in cooperation with the Sales team and monitor and coordinate for aging stock clearance.

Personal qualities
For this role, you need a high level of organization, time management and attention to detail, yet having helicopter view to understand the big picture of overall supply chain and logistics. We believe you are a multitasking doer who is structured, analytical, attentive to details and good at prioritize effectively. To be successful as a Supply Chain Management Coordinator at Samsung you must be a person who appreciates a fast-paced environment, adapts well to change and can take own initiatives.

Salary
Salary, by agreement.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position is expected to start 2022-04-01 and is expected to run until 2024-03-31 with a chance for extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters and work for our customer Samsung in Stockholm, Kista.
