Supply Chain Management Coordinator to Samsung!

About the position
Perido is looking for a Supply Chain Management Coordinator to our client Samsung, their goal is to devote the company’s talent and technology to create superior products and services that contributes to a better global society. In order to achieve this, they set a high value on their staff and technologies. You will be based at their office in Kista, just outside of Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
As the Supply Chain Management Coordinator (SCM Coordinator) you will lead the coordination activities needed in planning the product supply from Samsung factories to the Nordic and local market. You will work with securing product allocation, maintain sales order data, and keeping the customers informed of eventual changes. You will provide assistance in order to give the best possible support to Sales for maximized operational efficiency. Your key deliveries will include:
Create Sales orders
Follow up orders and maintain Sales order data
Develop and review reports for the local office, Nordic SCM operations and the Korean HQ (e.g., sales forecasts and inventory status, weekly sales discrepancy, demand change overviews)
Monitor production/shipment status and take proper actions to solve issues
Monitor and coordinate for aging stock clearance

Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience within SCM, logistics and/or educational background in business, logistics, SCM or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English and Swedish

Meritorious
Proficiency in Korean

Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment for 2 years. Start as soon as possible.
