The Role
We are now expanding our Supply Chain team, and are hence looking for a Supply Chain Manager. In this role, you will lead the work of an operational team within purchasing, logistics, and order management. You will have the overall responsibility for Ferroamp's Supply Chain, from contract manufacturers and suppliers to customers. You will work to develop both employees and working methods, which will require a good understanding of both production and logistics processes. We are at the beginning of an international expansion, and you will be responsible for establishing a supply chain strategy to support this journey.
You will be responsible for
- Daily operations within supply chain
- Development of the Sales & Operations Planning process
- Direct personnel responsibility
- Reporting to internal stakeholders
- Overall responsibility for warehouses and inventory management
- Follow-up of the team's KPIs and overall Supply Chain strategy
Are you the one we are searching for?
As a person, you are analytical, structured, solutions-oriented, and like to work hands-on when needed.
- Relevant academic background
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Supply Chain Management in the manufacturing industry
- Good understanding for financial management
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and its parameters
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
We have our main office in Stockholm, today in Spånga but will in short move to a new office in Sundbyberg. However, we do offer a hybrid workspace, but for this role, you will be required to work from the office on a regular basis.
