Supply Chain Manager

Speed Professionals söker på uppdrag av kund: Supply Chain Manager Purpose of role: To lead and manage the CBAS PS Group to ensure that we adequately recognise customer demand for product and execute short and long term plans to deliver in full and on time, every time and within budget. Product Supply consist of three Sub-departments: Purchasing, Logistics and Incoming Quality Control. Areas of responsibility: -Develop and drive global logistics strategy. Work closely with the Regions to ensure operations are aligned with Global strategy -Supply and delivery of products to regional centers, distributors, clinics and recipients. Select, develop and manage supply sources and build relationships with vendors to deliver continuous supply of components and raw materials. Manage supply risk. -Support introduction of new products. Work closely with NPI group to ensure product supply plans are adequately prepared and that supply chain capacity is available to deliver product for launch -Lead the Product Supply Group ensuring that everyone clearly understands the Group targets and their roles and responsibilities. -Financial Management, including control cost to budget, develop capex and operating budgets. Identify and realize opportunities for cost reduction. Personal profile: -At least 5 years in a people management role. -Experience in electronics/precision manufacturing or similar industry. -Experience in Continuous Improvement/change management. -At least 10 years relevant industry/career experience. Preferable in logistics and purchasing. -Understands the reason for organizational behaviour, or the underlying problems, politics and opportunities affecting the organization. -Achievement Orientated. -Ability in team leadership. -Flexible approach.
