We are now looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Ronneby. Are you our new team member?
As Supply Chain Manager you plan, lead, develop and coordinate procurement and logistics operations to ensure that the company needs are met, considering price, quality, delivery and to ensure continuity of supply. You are responsible for strategic purchasing and collaborates with the group´s policies and guidelines. In this position you will be responsible for a team of about six people working with purchasing as well as shipping and receiving goods. You report to Site manager.
In this position you:
• Drive the company's purchasing strategies and transport solutions
• Formulate targets and guidelines for internal purchasing and logistics activities
• Balance both tactical executions with strategic initiatives necessary to drive cost reduction projects
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders and suppliers regarding new projects and advise of impact of change on purchasing and production activities
• Develop creative and innovative procurement processes
• Assess and evaluate suppliers to ensure compliance
• Explore alternate sources for goods and materials
• Negotiate contracts improved prices and terms with suppliers
• Ensure compliance to company guidelines and policies and procedures
• Operational procurement for certain components
• Optimize inventory and operational efficiency

You have good organizational skills as well as ability to see both the details and the big picture - making the right priorities. We believe that you:
• Master or bachelor’s degree in related area or a minimum five years’ experience in a similar position
• Excellent in handling Office 365, Excel files
• Very good Swedish and English skills both written and verbally
• Experience from working in an international organization
• Experience as a manager
• Experience of work environment responsibility and collective agreement
• Good general supply chain knowledge and understanding of purchasing process Meritorious is experience working in ERP IScala and/or ISO 9001 and leadership experience.
