Lead the development of our growing supply chain organisation

Working closely with our international customers, NKT develop, manufacture and install efficient and technologically advanced medium and high-voltage cables and cable accessories, playing a significant role in the green transformation.  
Oversee and manage the supply chain and logistics strategy 
To lead our local Supply Chain team in Alingsås we are now looking for a new manager. You will lead, train and develop a team of 45-50 blue and white collar employees.
As our Supply Chain Manager you will oversee and manage the overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operation in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. You will improve productivity and efficiency, ensuring targets are met and find cost-effective solutions for our processes while securing high quality.
The role also includes identifying improvements and prepare projects including presentations/business cases for management decisions with different stakeholders.
Besides the above your primary tasks will be: 
* Oversee product storage, handling and distribution, maintaining inventory.
* Analyzing supply chain data and performance
* Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
* Solve issues and improve effectiveness (delays in delivery, accidents etc.) 

You will report directly to Director Operations and be a part of a highly skilled and tight team working closely together with production, engineering and our customer commercial service team in an friendly, open and straight-forward climate. We are growing the site overall – preparing us for the future, making sure we can respond to the increased need from the market and our clients. During introduction and project related topics, some travel within Europe is expected.
Supply chain process expert and structured people manager
We are looking for a leader with some years of experience from a B2B manufacturing company with complex technological products. In addition to that you have experience from change management and work with continuous improvements and process design.
You are structured and process oriented and thrive in an environment where you need to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. With your analytical skills you monitor success and proactively drive the road forward based on facts. To succeed in our organisation you possess a clear and respectful communication style with strong ability to communicate on all different levels. 
Additionally, your CV comprises: 
* University degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
* Minimum three years of managing supply chain/logistics teams of 40-50 FTE´s
* Experience from planning and managing projects
* Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English, German is beneficial
