We are hiring a talented, smart, and enthusiastic Senior Instock Manager with a strong customer focus for Amazon's Swedish Retail business. This is a unique opportunity to join a start-up environment in a growing team.
In this role, you will be directly responsible for the availability, inventory health and vendor operations. In addition, you will be working on cross-functional development activities, projects and process improvements to improve the overall customer experience for our Swedish customers. You will work closely with the vendor management team, the central EU operations teams as well as with central supply chain teams worldwide.
The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Key job responsibilities:
Manage inventory availability and inventory health including: improved in-stock rates, inventory planning and systematic forecasting
Track key customer and vendor experience metrics and drive improvements across them by building actionable plans.
Guide Retail business teams in their ability to develop and execute daily, weekly & monthly action plans that improve buying accuracy, inventory health and vendor operations.
Identify and drive Supply Chain system and process improvements in a scalable manner in partnership with technical and product teams.
Benchmark EU best practices and implement best in class processes
Drive process improvement and operational excellence within our vendor community by reducing costs, defects, and lead times, while increasing innovation, automation, and economies of scale
Participate in day-to-day operational aspects, including suggesting and executing business improvement initiatives, and gathering and addressing customer feedback.

Basic qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Planning, Information Systems Management, or Supply Chain
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Inventory Management or equivalent experience such as Consulting, Finance, or Operations
Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.
Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, and exceptional organizational skills are essential.
Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment is essential for success.
Ability to think strategically and tactically, with attention to detail.
Advanced excel skills

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Retail/FMCG industry.
MBA from a premier business school or similar qualification.
Strong proficiency in analytical tools including SQL
Swedish language skills are a plus.
