Would you like to work in an international environment with interesting challenges on both local and global level? In this role, you will cover the entire value chain, from inbound to outbound, in terms of sourcing, buying, planning and invoicing. You and your team are responsible for category management and sourcing, purchasing, SAP work preparation, production planning and inventory optimization.
Reporting to the Local PG manager, you will be part of the management team for local product group Traction and eMobility motors, with a focus on supply chain and planning. You will also be responsible for the outsourced functions warehouse management, goods receival and outbound deliveries and coordinate the global collaboration between the sites within PG Traction Motors.
This is a role for someone interested in the entire value chain of inbound and outbound material, including supplier management and logistic flows.
Your responsibilities
Lead the supply chain management team, including category managers and buyers.
“Own” the supplier base including selection, performance and development and drive focus on material cost reductions.
Being the key contact point for the procurement support team in Estonia.
Drive and lead master- and production planning, including running the sales and operational planning.
Develop the logistic set up for the inbound material.
Optimise the traction supplier base across the three sites within PG Traction Motors.
Represent the local unit in the global Supply Chain Management and Planning & Fulfilment communities.

Your background
3-5 years of experience in roles related to sourcing, logistics and/or master- and production planning.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and at least two years’ experience as a manager.
Strong analytical skills.
Good knowledge of SAP is considered a merit.
Ability to motivate and inspire. Leadership experience is valued by us, although your personality will be key to succeed.
