We are seeking a skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our team at High Voltage Components in Ludvika, Sweden. This role is a key position within the organization, and you will be part of the Operations management team. You will be joining a very committed, knowledgeable, and hardworking team, who values a positive and fun working culture.
As Supply Chain Manager you will get an opportunity to build up a newly created organization where we are combining the areas of planning, purchasing and Supply Chain Management from two different production lines into one common organization. You will be leading a team of 12 skilled direct reports and get the chance to work with both strategic initiatives, such as assuring that we have the right supplier base and driving the right cost saving initiatives, while also assuring operational excellence.

Your responsibilities
Act as a role model by being supportive, handle change with commitment and engage your team to act and perform at their best
Responsibility for team and process development to make sure High Voltage Components are equipped to meet both challenges and opportunities ahead
You make sure your team delivers on time and with high quality to meet customers expectations
Definition and implementation of the local Supply Chain Strategy with corresponding metrics
Identify gaps vs targets and investigate on root causes and take adequate corrective/preventive measures
Driving continuously optimization of the supply chain and planning processes and further development of systems

Your background
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have several years of experience within Supply Chain Management.
As a person you have a strong sense of ownership, are structured, goal-oriented and look for improvement opportunities.
You have good communication and networking skills as well as strong analytic and problem-solving mindset.
As a leader you are inspirational and help your team to translate visions and strategies into meaningful work
You are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
You have a bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent work experience
