About the Position
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a vital role in planning and coordinating our products and displays, working closely with suppliers in a rapidly changing environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to build extensive knowledge in Supply Chain within Mondelez International, a leading global company. You will work as part of the Nordic Demand Planning Chocolate team, focusing on Fulfilment analysis with an additional emphasis on Co-packing. Your responsibilities will include ensuring correct stock levels, coordinating with the warehouse for display materials, and overseeing the packing of finished displays. In this dynamic role, you must be alert to changes in forecasts, communicate effectively with production units and internal stakeholders, and make informed decisions to find quick solutions to complex problems. Excellent communication skills are essential for successfully conveying our needs to suppliers both internally and externally. This role provides valuable experience and growth opportunities within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to plan and coordinate products and displays.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely availability of display materials.
- Oversee the packing of finished displays.
- Monitor and respond to changes in forecasts, adjusting priorities accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with production units and stakeholders to achieve goals.
- Take ownership of decision-making and find quick solutions to challenges.
- Clearly communicate requirements to display suppliers.
This role is as a consultant via Adecco with planned to start within immediate affect and go on for initial 6 months. For the right candidate there are possibilities of extension.
Requirements
- Engineering or Supply Chain degree, preferably with a logistics specialization.
- Relevant work experience in commodity planning, procurement, production, or sales of fast-moving consumer goods is valuable.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand new processes and workflows.
- Flexible approach and comfort with a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships at various levels, including remote colleagues.
Extra Advantageous
- Proficiency in SAP R/3, SAP APO, and Excel.
- Fluency in a Nordic language.
