Tetra Pak Technical Service AB Technical Service within Tetra Pak Customer Operations develops, sells and delivers global service products to our customers.Technical Service provides knowledge, technical competence development, spare parts, tools and methodologies to design, manufacture and support Tetra Pak products.3400 employees are working within Technical Service world-wide.Parts Supply Chain is our central organisation for managing our global packaging and processing parts services and includes central and regional distribution centres and workshops as well as units for developing and planning all our parts and related activities together with our colleagues in the clusters.We are now looking for a Supply Chain Officer to join our dynamic and exciting team.One of the most challenging tasks in our global parts supply chain is to create and secure the availability of parts in Tetra Pak's central, regional and local stocks in a cost efficient way.This is the main responsibility of the unit Global Planning.The team in this unit is dealing with a wide contact area, covering product & system development and management, supplier management, suppliers and market companies.In this role we can offer you challenging objectives in a dynamic organization.You will be involved in and drive projects regarding supply chain and global planning topics.You will obtain a wide network of contacts with parts of Tetra Pak as well as externally. Your main responsibilities will be: .Projects and activities related to parts stock management in clusters and globally .Participation in strategic and management development of Parts Supply Chain centrally and globally with regards to stock management and logistics .Participation in creating and driving routines and process optimization/efficiencies .Improvement and development of and utilization of tools like Syncron Supply Chain Planner in connection to stock management and supply chain optimization..Support to our market companies including training activities. To be successful in this position you should have a very good theoretical and practical knowledge of logistics, supply chain, project management, process understanding and preferably experience from SAP R/3.You also possess excellent analytical and strategic skills and a high level of business understanding.As a person you are results oriented, driven and enjoy working in teams.You have very good communication skills and an ability to interpret IT lingual into layman's terms along with creating networks and partnership relations.You like to work with both long and short term activities.
