ASSIGNMENTS  
As a Supply Chain Planner you will have a key responsibility to secure operative efficiency, working capital optimization, high service level and act as the link between suppliers, production, warehouse, and the organization. In your role you will work with developing the Supply Planning area in ways that is important for customer experience, cost efficiency and overall quality perception. Responsibilities within this role includes management and maintenance of the supply plan with the purpose to balance customer demand, production, and logistics capacities as well as raw materials requirements to ensure orders are fulfilled.

You will mainly perform tasks such as:
  Purchasing raw materials.
Delivery surveillance and follow-up on inbound shipments.
Monitoring delivery capacity, act proactively by communicating deviations internally.
Coordination with Production planning
Inventory planning and optimization.
Actively drive improvement of planning/scheduling related activities.
Analyze and suggest improvements to optimize logistical flows.
Take lead in assigned tasks related to projects within your portfolio.
Conduct internal reporting and distribution of relevant information.
Supplier invoice management and custom clearances.
Masterdata handling in ERP and other related systems.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive in this position you need to have experience from working in a similar role, have an ability and willingness to drive the business forward. You have good analytical skills, work independently and take initiatives. Furthermore, you have a good eye for details and work in a structured way. You are comfortable taking fast actions when necessary. You enjoy communicating in several stages, both spoken and written, as well as working cross functionally. In addition, you appreciate a flexible, well-organized, and independent work in a varied environment with a high pace. Nevertheless, it is of greatest important that you are a team player with a positive attitude and that you contribute to the team spirit.

Important for the position:
  Academic degree in supply chain, purchasing or business economics.
3–5-year experience of working in a similar role.
Experience in ERP system and good knowledge in MS Office with emphasis on Excel.
Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English. If German speaking that is a plus.
