At Kraton, we make a Positive Difference, and we are looking for individuals who are also looking to make a difference in their jobs, for our customers and to the world. We are looking to hire a Supply Chain Planner with the possible location Oulu, Finland/ Sandarne, Sweden/ Almere, Netherlands.
The Supply Chain Planner II is responsible for planning complex Global Product Lines, cross regional interfaces, optimizing supply network and costs, and manage product allocations.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:
Sales and Operation Planning:
Complete understanding of end-to-end S&OP, Demand and Supply processes and principles.
Conduct scenario planning as needed.
Identify Supply and Demand imbalances and potential solutions.
Prepare and present charts and graphs for demand / supply meetings.
Assist in the replenishment of the network.
Supply Chain Management Skills:
Completely knowledgeable of SAP and S&OP tool master data; MRP and Supply Chain functionality.
Capable of optimizing supply chain network to reduce supply chain costs.
Understands the underlying data that supports KPI's.
Capable of entering or changing SAP settings including MRP and Network source,
Independently manages Constrained Demand/Product Allocations and critical Supply Plans.
Technology System Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Thorough understanding of advanced planning system such as APO.
Other duties as assigned to safely perform.
Required Skills
3-5 Years Supply Chain or Business experience preferred.
Proficient communication skills.
Actively seeks perspectives from others.
Uses feedback to aid in the final decision-making process.
Addresses root cause of issues and sorts through complex issues to make timely decisions.
Works independently in a proactive manner.
Acts as a team member and team leader to support Supply Chain goals.
Participation in cross-functional teams and projects.
Education, Certifications & Licenses
BS or BA required.
APICS certification or equivalent desired.
