ASSIGNMENT PROFILE
In the position as a Regional Supply Chain Planner you will work in a cross functional role and work with the Business Planning for the European market. That means that you will have responsibility for building, managing and executing plans for key customers in designated market. You will act as the regional account plan liaison with Supply Chain, Sales, Sales Operations, Category Management, Finance and other internal Bauer departments, while ensuring that the Supply Chain Planning Organization is a value added partner for Bauer Performance Sports. As a Regional Supply Chain Planner you will be a part of the European headquarter located in Gothenburg and report to Director, Key Account Planning at Bauer global headquarters in the US.
Main responsibilities
•
Analyze and manage the list of customers to be included in the planning process, ensuring alignment across Sales Management, Supply Chain, Finance and other internal stakeholders.
•
Possess a working understanding of key customer’s dynamics, ensuring clarity of their performance, future plans, open-to-buy management and impact/relevance within their respective market.

Facilitate and drive the collaborative customer forecast review process with Sales Management and key customer partners, ensuring strategic alignment across the organization to deliver timely information to Bauer’s cross-functional S&OP process.
•
Establish and manage short- and long-term unit based forecasts based on customer dynamics, inventory levels, sales programs/promotions, door counts, expansion plans working with Category, Sourcing, Sales and Planning & Procurement teams to ensure cross-functional alignment of volume, migration plans and timing.
•
Facilitate forecast reviews with category and regional sales teams.
•
Act as a supply chain liaison for regional support.
•
Participate in developing sales strategies to move excess or slow-moving inventory, considering impact on full margin business and future opportunities.
Background
We believe that you have a Bachelors degree with 5-7 years experience in a forecasting, procurement or sales/demand planning capacity or the equivalent combination of education and experience. We are looking for a person that likes analysis and calculations as well as integrating and collaborating to solve problems and develop the organization. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel is required. You are an excellent communicator on a business level in Swedish and English.
