Yor Mission:
As a Supply Chain Planner you will be part of Picadeli’s supply planning team. Supply chain and replenishment is the backbone of our business and key to delivering real fresh products with short shelf live to our customers around the globe. In this role you will be responsible for the replenishment of a defined number of suppliers, and also the main contact for a focus market. You will secure sufficient stock levels of assigned products to realize the full sales potential. This includes forecasting, ordering, booking transports and delivery control, as well as having daily contact with suppliers, logistic providers and markets.

What you’ll do:

- Monitor the stock level for the relevant products

- Define safety stock level on products for focus market

- Conduct meetings with focus market

- Continuously improve logistic set ups with defined suppliers

- Control deviations of invoices via e-attest

- First point of contact for supply- and planning related issues

- Daily control and investigation of possible shortages

- Close and open articles in webshop

- Shared responsibility for block/waste lists and alert handling

- Contribute by blocking and tracing articles in case of quality issues

Extent of the Role:

This is a temporary position from June 2022 - January 2023, covering for a colleague going on parental leave. The role is based at our HQ in Gothenburg.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

- Have a University Degree within Supply Chain and some working experience.
- Are analytical, have a structured way of working and good IT-understanding.
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are fluent in Swedish and English


Further, you have the ability to take charge of your own work and the flexibility to quickly act on daily upcoming challenges.
