Job Summary
Processing Solutions & Equipment has the end-to-end responsibility for development, production and installation of Tetra Pak equipment and ensures we deliver the cost, productivity, and quality our customers expect. We are now looking for a Supply Chain Planning Specialist to set planning strategy and take way of working to the next level.
In the role of Supply Chain Planning Specialist, you lead the supply chain planning strategy setting for an Equipment Supply Chain category. With a clear focus on growth whilst keeping costs and risks at bay you will balance conflicting interests: managing complexity vs. standardization, lead times vs. costs and customer expectation vs asset utilization. Your role is to ensure active decision-making on supply and adjusting at the proper time horizon.
You will be joining a highly qualified Supply Planning team which is fully accountable for planning material and capacity. The team is covering the full-time horizon, from forecast to customer order on rolling 18 months horizon. This means high-paced cross-functional interaction with internal production, key suppliers, market and commercial organizations.

The position permanent and based in Lund and may require 10-20 % travel.
What you will do
As Supply Chain Planning Specialist, you are responsible for the high-level supply plan for a key product family. You will lead the Supply Review part of the Sales & Operations Planning Process with support from Master Schedulers, Master data driver and internal and external stakeholders. You will also secure loss eradication related to supply chain synchronization, capacity, and lead-time.
You will focus on
Providing supply response scenarios to the monthly sales and Sales & Operations Planning process to maximize output and value to customer. Deploy the decided S&OP plan throughout the supply network and stakeholders.
Developing, implementing and govern capacity, inventory & material planning systems and standards.a
Defining Supply Chain requirements towards product development and product life cycle projects.
Managing relationships with key Supply Chain actors such as suppliers, factories, and logistics partners to secure effective interaction and a joined agenda on supply chain planning.
We believe you have
A Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably within the area of Supply Chain Management such as for instance Industrial Management and Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. You have at least 5 years as a Supply Chain Manager, Supplier Manager, or similar positions. Good understanding of WCM tools and/or LEAN Production is recommended as well as having the experience from driving projects or improvement teams. Hands-on experience from working with ERP/MRP systems and analytical tools is considered as a plus. Your English is fluent, both written and spoken.
You have proven leadership and networking skills and an analytical mindset. You have a strong personal drive and the ability to motivate others and influence at all levels in the organization.
