Supply Chain Project Manager

As a Supply Chain Project Manager you will work alongside an experienced team to optimize and develop the supply chain of the Husqvarna division. You’ll lead and collaborate on challenging projects in an international setting, with team members from different departments and backgrounds. You will be a part of our Logistics & Operational Excellence team and you will report to the head of Supply Chain Development. This role is preferable located in Huskvarna but for the right candidate we can consider a more flexible working option.
Your role at Husqvarna
Ownership of projects and achieving targets and driving substantial improvement in Global Operations every day- on time, on budget and in full
Driving continuous improvement within the Husqvarna Supply Chain
Example projects: Warehouse footprint analysis, Warehouse tenders and new warehouse setup, warehouse automation, Optimising warehouse processes end-to-end lead time and inventory optimization for global material flows, product traceability, B2C returns process, logistics e commerce solutions.
Analyse data and devise warehouse and supply chain solutions.
Assess problem situations to identify and address root causes; gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.

Who you are
We are looking for an experienced Manager within Logistics and Supply Chain. You will have Strong background in Warehousing & Transport with a good knowledge of the end to end supply chain processes and systems. As an individual, you have a good analytic ability, and are able to analyse data to spot trends, see opportunities and turn these into clear actions plans to drive new opportunity. You organize projects in a methodical, clear fashion with an eye on scheduling and cost and has also with the ability to balance the rigor of a project with the need for flexibility and speed. To be successful in this position you are an inquisitive, persistent and influential person who motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve challenging goals.
Your profile
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or other relevant field
5+ years of proven Management experience across the Supply Chain, a excellence knowledge of warehousing and transport in a multi-channel environment.
Documented excellence in driving and delivering complex projects.
Documented excellence in data analysis and cost analysis, analytical tools and reporting software (such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense)
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), able to communicate effectively to influence and articulate complex technical information
Have experience working within a multinational manufacturing business.
