We are now hiring a Supply Chain Project Manager for Husqvarna Group. As part of an experienced team of project managers reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Development, you will lead and cooperate on international projects that are focused on the continuous improvement of Husqvarna’s supply chain.
If you enjoy working alongside people with diverse backgrounds, and are looking for an opportunity to work in a global supply chain environment, you may be the right person. The role is ideally located in Huskvarna but we would consider a more flexible working option for the right candidate.
Your role at Husqvarna Group
This role is one of four project manager positions in the Supply Chain Development team, which is part of Husqvarna Group’s Logistics Operational Excellence team. In this role you will own global projects aimed at driving substantial improvement in global operations and in Husqvarna’s supply chain. You will work together with team members from different departments to achieve the project goals.
Your projects will vary depending on the specific business requirement, but typical examples involve; optimizing warehouse processes including end-to-end lead time and inventory optimization for global material flows, improving customer satisfaction through development of KPI’s, customer lead times and OTIF improvements, warehousing footprint analysis, warehouse tenders and new warehouse setup, warehouse automation, product traceability, B2C returns processes and logistics e-commerce solutions.
Importantly, you will be required to understand and analyze supply chain data as the basis for devising innovative warehouse and supply chain solutions. Since the Supply Chain Development team solves problems for other areas of the Husqvarna business, the project manager role also works with assessing problematic situations to identify and address the root causes. This entails gathering and processing relevant information so as to propose solutions, make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.

As an individual you are inquisitive, determined and have strong interpersonal skills. You have an influential style and the ability to motivate, collaborate and lead cross-functional teams, which is critical to succeed in this role.
