Supply Chain Quality Specialist

Services Supply Network (SSN) within Tetra Pak Services has the task to design and implement a single process from supplier to end user, to increase availability and service level, reduce cost and optimise stock levels. As a part of this organisation, Planning & Quality works to secure global availability and quality of parts to meet our customer requests. Our aim is to provide unique and superior customer experience by being the undisputed industry leader in supply network.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Quality Specialist to join our Supply Chain Quality team in Lund. The main targets are preventing expansion of potentially faulty parts to customers and to make sure material change requests from our platforms are handled within time.
This position is a temporary position until end of December 2022 and is located in Lund, Sweden
What you will do
As Supply Chain Quality Specialist, you will lead activities related to spare parts quality globally within SSN and towards other internal stakeholders.
Prevent expansion on faulty parts in our network and to customers
Develop our internal processes related to parts quality
Design and develop routines and tools
Take lead on parts quality related issues towards other organisations
Continuously develop the way we are working

Who you are
We believe that you have a solid theoretical background (M.Sc. University degree or equivalent) or corresponding work life experience and at least 1-3 years’ work experience of supply chain quality issues. Knowledge of reading technical drawings, reversed logistics, claims and experience from SAP R/3 and QuTI-P is a merit. Basic knowledge in Microsoft office programs is required and experience in Power BI or other data tools is a valuable skill.
You are used to work in a high pace, have very good networking skills and you are used to communicate with all levels within a company. As a person, you are result oriented, structured and driven. Most of all, we believe you are a team player who strives for improvements.
A very good command of English and Swedish, both verbal and written is required.
