Do you want to be part of developing the IT solutions for the Electrolux Group? We are looking for a Supply Chain Solution Expert to join our team. In this position you will be involved in forming our supply chain landscape, developing our solutions blueprint with involvement in the relevant IT projects and programs forming our future within the Digital Supply Chain area. This role will be part of the Global Team and will include travel to support all our Business Areas across the globe. What you will do:

The Supply Chain Solution Expert will be a integral part of the development of the Electrolux Digital Supply Chain and you will be the driving force in developing our solutions further. The Solution Expert will part of all global projects for the digital Supply Chain to ensure that we design and implement the most optimal solutions.
The role will closely cooperate with all regions to develop our Global Blueprint and ensure solution governance for the Supply Chain area and is responsible for continuous optimization and support of our SAP based EluxOne Solution and connected landscape together with the business stakeholders. A close co-operation with relevant parties depending on the solution will be key for success. We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering the “right” solution and can be pragmatic enough for getting the buy in from stakeholders with different entry points. To influence others and be able to translate business needs will be a help on this journey.
The role will work within the teams managing the development of the EluxOne solution within Supply Chain, which is mainly based on the SAP platform, but also other solutions from BlueYonder and Oracle. The SAP EluxOne solution is covering all functional areas within the business such as Finance, Sales, Supply Chain & Logistics and Manufacturing. The solution is constantly improved, for example expanding into cloud solutions such as SAP IBP. The current commercial EluxOne solution is rolled out to most European countries, Latin America (Brazil) and NA with ongoing roll-out in APAC. Important next step is to implement operations EluxOne solutions, such as Manufacturing and End-to-End Supply Chain planning solutions. The EluxOne solution is as stated above based on SAP but there are still many legacy applications connected to EluxOne, these solutions are also part of the responsibility as we are looking into the end to end solution.
The role is based in Stockholm, Krakow, Curitiba or Charlotte, with colleagues in various locations in the world. The person holding this position will be engaged on the projects managed in different regions, meaning that there will be collaboration with colleagues globally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide solution expertise for Electrolux Global Supply Chain systems in order to support company’s vision, mission, and values.
Help designing and implementing solutions/systems that deliver long term commercial benefits based upon key business requirements
Responsible for the digital solution design for Supply Chain. There is collaboration with the other functional lead’s per domain. The scope is solution design which includes process understanding for the global landscape connected to the Supply Chain area.
Designing the interfaces that will be needed to integrate the Supply Chain systems network and ensuring we have the right connections to provide the needed data to the right solutions



Who you are:

You are expected to hold a university degree in IT and have at least 5 years previous experience of SAP Supply Chain processes in a multinational environment gained in the full life-cycle projects. You have good project manager skills and knowledge of project methodologies like scrum, agile and waterfall.
Experience we are looking for:
· SAP competence (ECC, SCM, IBP)
· Technical SAP understanding and experience from cloud solutions
· Knowledge of supply chain planning and supply chain execution processes
· MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel/Access, Project, Visio)
· Experience with Integration Solutions (such as SAP PI/PO)
Professional presentation skills Fluent in English and local language
