The position is based either in Modena or in Lund and may require 10-20 % travel.
What you will do
As Supply Chain Specialist, you will drive Supply Chain optimization from an end to end perspective. You will play an important role in enabling the journey of the Global Demand & Supply team.
• Drive Supply Chain performance improvements and constraints eradication to increase customer order fulfilment and value perceived by customer
• Contribute to and develop Sales & Operations Planning processes
• Develop, implement and govern capacity, inventory & material planning systems and standards
• Set Supply Chain requirements for development activities
• To manage relationships with Supply Chain players, such as suppliers, factories and logistics partners to secure effective interaction
Who you are
For this position, we believe that you have a Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably within the area of Supply Chain Management such as for instance Industrial Management and Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Preferably you are also Certified according to APICs CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) standard. You have been working at least 5 years as a Supply Chain Manager, Supplier Manager, or similar positions. To be successful in the position you should be fluent in English, both written and verbally. Furthermore, you have proven leadership and networking skills and an analytical mindset. Hands-on experience from working with ERP/MRP systems and analytical tools is considered as a plus. Good understanding of WCM tools and/or LEAN Production is required as well as having the experience from driving improvement teams.
You have a strong personal drive and the ability to motivate others and influence at all levels in the organization. You find it easy to work in a multicultural environment and you use your excellent communications and networking skills to manage relations in a co-operative, diplomatic and successful manner.
