Your role

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be accountable for optimization of supply chain for spares and repair parts towards the aircraft fleet. You will have numerous contacts trough the supply chain and work in close collaboration your colleagues in sales, project management and procurement. As a part of the role you will face complex questions were you need to break down problems and analyze it from a business-focused perspective.

The responsibilities are:

* Spare part inventory and repair pool optimization in regard of inventory levels, service level and tied up capital
* Monitor and develop supply chain processes from sales to suppliers
* Plan and define strategies for supply chain setup
* Be responsible of the logistic set up and development of business system
* Analyze sales and inventory data to provide management team

Your profile

We are looking for you who are a business minded team player with great skills in supply chain optimization.

Required skills you would need:

* Relevant work experience of strategic supply chain development
* Master of science in logistic area or equal
* Knowledge and interest of supply chain business system support
* Be a team player with high collaboration skills
* Have a strategic way of thinking and like to extract and analyze data from business system and turn into action plans
* Excellent communication skills both in Swedish and English
* Great knowledge in Excel

* Have experience of improvement processes and change management
* Contribute to team with great energy

Confident in leading improvements and spread enthusiasm to a group of people to reach goals.

This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
