Job description

Ensure perfect project supply flow while maintaining highly customer satisfaction and cost reduction. Mainly focus on:

- Participate in project bidding process to design supply solutions per customer’s demands.
- Make the supply solution and order fulfilment plan according to project delivery plan. Ensure project delivery in time and successful.
- E2E tracking project supply status, balance demand and supply plan, manage supply risk and fix issue timely.
- Manage project inventory and ITO, supply cost, make sure all the KPI meet the target and support rep office operation performance.
- Regularly report project supply status to the project team and customers, ensure smooth communication, solve problems in time, and improve customer satisfaction.




Qualifications

- Supply chain or logistics experience preferably from Telecom industry.
- Customer-focused, target-oriented, self-motivated, be able to take pressures and deal with multi-task and be good at prioritize. Strong communication skill and be willing to work in cross-culture environment.
- Language skills: Chinese preferred, fluent in English
- This job requires occasionally travelling within Sweden.




Organization

The candidate will work in Sweden and report to the Supply Chain Manager. Location of this position is in Solna.
