Drive and optimize our supply chain processes 
The purpose of the Supply Chain specialist role is to balance supply and demand on the production site for mid- and long term planning. Assuring customer service whilst optimizing site capacity usage and inventory to fulfill the site's commitments to the group supply chain plan. 

The key processes locally executed by this role includes:
•    S&OP
•    Inventory management
•    Handling of supply chain events in SAP
•    Analytical support to supply chain team locally
•    Work with group supply chain with data for supply forecast an budgeting

In this role, you will also be the point of contact to our external supplier for warehouse and spedition
This area includes to oversee targets and goalsetting, running initiatives and being a part of problem solving to get smooth processes from production through our warehouse and to our end customers. You will be the appointed bridge between NKT and the external company.

Skilled and experienced supply chain specialist
We are looking for someone with the right mindset and engagement, someone who is structured and process oriented and thrive in an environment where you handle multiple tasks simultaneously. With your analytical skills you monitor the output according to the S&OP process and proactively suggest alternative ways forward based on facts. 
You have high work ethics and always strive to deliver on time with high quality.

Your CV compromises:
•    University degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
•    Advanced supply chain planning skills and experience from working with S&OP
•    Experience in managing and improving the handling of supply chain events
•    Experience in inventory management 
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills
•    Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English

Success factors
•    Experience from working in a global environment
•    Experience in working in SAP, preferably as a superuser
•    Experience from planning and managing projects
•    Great interpersonal skills
•    Experience in team leading
