MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

Qualifications Min bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Preferably 2-3 years working experience in demand planning, SCM operations or similar.
Experienced in using MS Office, especially Excel
SAP experience
Fluency in English and Korean (mandatory)
Experience from global home appliances/home electronics industry is highly preferable
 

About the role In this role, you must be able to analyze data and processes, find creative solutions, generate reports and present findings to upper management and other departments, communicate with external suppliers and buyers and develop lasting relationships with others. The Supply Chain Specialist must be a proactive problem solver with a desire to collaborate with others.

You will be working with:

Demand Planning for Home Appliance products considering Nordic market circumstances, supply situation and channel PSI.
Manage purchasing and delivery process of goods from manufacturing sites in Asia and Europe to channel partners.
Make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
Retail Mapping to allocate store investments (field force, promotion, display)
Optimize SKU assortment by outlet to drive revenue and profit
Generate reports and develop presentations to help management gain foresight of future business opportunities
Build relationships within the company and with external parties in order to develop and maintain good customer relationships delivering the very best in customer service.
