Supply coordinator

Do you want the possibility to be involved in a large network both within Tetra Laval and externally?

Tetra Laval Group Transport & Travel is responsible for sourcing and contracting of Tetra Laval global transport and travel volumes.We belong to Tetra Pak's Supplier Management organisation and today we handle around 75% of the global volumes.This close-knit group of 14 employees is now looking for a Supply Coordinator.

The successful candidate must be prepared for a demanding job in a high-paced international environment.The position has to some extent administrative focus and takes responsibility for supporting supply structures.

You will be involved in a large international network both within Tetra Laval and externally.You will have a clearly defined responsibility to support our sourcing, contracting and supplier base management processes and also the possibility to drive minor improvement projects.Having knowledge of how to master databases is an important part of the job.

As a second leg, coordination of our international removals business is also a part of the daily work.


Kvalifikationer
You have probably a university degree in a relevant area and may also have some professional experience.

As a person you are structured and well organised, service minded and always putting the client in focus.Advanced skills in Excel is a requirement and experience from process orientation is an advantage.You are a good listener and communicator, in writing and speech, in Swedish as well as in English.
