Supply Coordinator

Capital Equipment Supplier Management within Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions is now looking for a Supply Coordinator, starting 2010-10-01.

As a Supply Coordinator in the Sourcing team within Component Management you will be responsible for sourcing of Capital Equipment parts and Rebuilding kits for the aftermarket (both mandatory and upgrade kits).Through RFQ's (Request For Quotation) you will define the best suited supplier from our preferred supplier base and register this information in SAP R/3.Your work will contribute to optimizing Cost, Quality and Delivery Time of Capital Equipment parts and kits.

You will get stimulation working towards set targets where you can influence the activities and results.You will be working hands on in a fast paced environment and the position will give opportunities to develop within Supplier Management.

For this position you need to be a team player that possesses a high level of flexibility.You are used to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and are thorough as well as quality minded.Finally it is important that you are open minded and that you enjoy contacting and build relationships with both suppliers as well as internal stakeholders.
Kvalifikationer

We believe that you have a basic technical knowledge and are able to read construction drawings.You should also have previous purchasing experience and be familiar with handling of RFQ:s. Know-how on manufacturing methods and knowledge about Tetra Pak filling machines and Distribution equipment are highly valued.

You need to have good general computer skills, where SAP R/3 experience is meriting.You are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
