About this opportunity!
The Order and Delivery Management job role (ODM) is responsible for order management and accountable for 100% clarification final check, monitoring and deliver orders according to sales order/project requirements for all products and services.
The job covers responsibilities within order execution for sales order and project deliveries, return and transportation.
All to choose an efficient execution of the supply chain to optimize management and control in order and return flows. Typical Interfaces
Account Supply Responsible, Inbound Supply Management, Supply Chain Planner, Logistic Service Provider, Distribution and Warehouse Management, Project Finance Accounting, Accounts Payable, Customer Project Manager and Product Portfolio Manager

Tools & Resources
SAP, Return Management System (RMS), Transport Management System(TMS), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Ericsson Return and Replace (eRR), Mercury System, Logistic Service Provider interface tools, Analytics, Premium Proposal, Erisite, Ericsson Site Rollout (ESR) and Ericsson Customer Order Dashboard (ECOD)

What you will do
Process claims cases in CMT
Validate claim in RMS
Follow up on OA to customer and improvements
Ensure customer satisfaction on OA given
Validate claims and respond accordingly
Follow up on FG material value and work to minimize



You will bring
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree within relevant areas or corresponding work experience. Logistics and Supply chain knowledge, good verbal and written communication skills in English mandatory.
