Our Great Opportunity!
We are now looking for a Supply Delivery Manager to monitor, control and own the pre shipment inspection process along with certification and necessary documentation for the deliveries twoards the highly regulated countries.
The job role also covers responsibilities within order execution for new deliveries, return and distribution. Also, follow-up phases of delivery and return flows carried out.

You will
Manage contract delivery fulfilment
Understand the products that are being shipped and match these with the regulated items
Support to accurate and decipher the HS codes for the country that they are being imported into
Support to Acquire the Safety certificated
Support in Acquiring the product specification blue prints
Categorising the products into GROUPINGS to minimise the number of COC and certificates needed being able to identify product groups that can legally fall under one product group
Gathering the product information from the market areas and understand what is regulated or not regulated
Update licenses for the new items that are being shipped to the regulated countries
Support the governance SLA with the Inspection companies to secure service from these companies response rates and accuracy
Build the Global license or C track for annual renewal by managing all documentation and declarations needed
Support with invoice verification and approvals
Support with PO administration


To be successful in the role you must have
Education: Upper Secondary School, University degree in Business Administration or relevant area is preferred
Minimum 5-7 years of previous experience
Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution Management
Experience in working with pre shipment inspection and certification process
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
System application knowledge (SAP ERP, SAP TM SAP HANA)
Good Knowledge on MS Excel
