In this role you are part of the Global Supply Hub Europe which manages all information flows related to Global supply and distribution setup of parts from suppliers in Europe into the Supply Chain network. The Global Supply Hub is also responsible for the replenishment of Global Parts, from external suppliers within the region to globally located Distribution Centers. The objective of the Global Supply Hub is to reduce the transportation costs between different regions, optimize the supply and distribution flows as well as ensure supply from our external suppliers.

Your mission
As a Supply Flow Analyst your mission is to optimize the supply flows globally. By working with delivery mode optimization, you will ensure to achieve the lowest total cost of ownership. The main responsibility within this role is working with delivery mode optimization within Epirocs supply chain network.
You will also work with the lead times between our global and regional distribution centers as well as order routing in the supply network. Optimizing what transport mode to use and working with adherence to the flows will also be part of the work. Furthermore you will support the set-up of new Global and regional distribution centers.
This role offers a unique opportunity to proactively shape your responsibilities and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our systems, all while gaining a holistic view of our supply flows.
Your profile
We are seeking an individual with a genuine passion for technology, collaboration, and achieving results. Attention to detail, organizational prowess, and a results-oriented, solution-focused mindset are essential attributes. You should possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics.
You have an academic degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or other related degree. We think you have several years of experience of global supply chain and global distribution systems and processes. Preferably also experience in end-to-end supply chain management involving distribution, inventory management, and project management .You are very analytic and used to working in Microsoft Excel and other MRP systems. Great English communication skill both verbal and written are required.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
