YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
You will (be):
• Responsible to lead and provide support and guidance to assigned country function securing an inspiring and motivating environment, supporting, and facilitating the country network enabling sharing of best practices and collaboration.
• Actively collaborate with key partners on Group level while representing Customer Fulfilment and Commercial & Supply Integration in related forums and decision bodies.
• Proactively identify and action improvement of customer experience, within area of influence, basing it on the frequent review of customer centric KPIs and customer surveys.
• In cooperation with Inter IKEA responsible for balancing and enabling a correct Demand Planning Forecast on Unit level for area of responsibility.
• Responsible for a qualitative Operational forecast, by working together with Selling, quantifying what to sell, how much to sell, when and from what Fulfilment Unit.
• Responsible for enabling smooth and efficient execution of range change processes, for assigned area, securing News availability and discontinuing outgoing articles.
• Responsible for enabling correct, efficient, and qualitative Range Management in all relevant systems for area of responsibility.
• Responsible for correct Stock Accuracy, by securing compliance in working methods and SOP enabling correct article transactions and administration.
• Responsible for correct Stock Structure in assigned INGKA Fulfilment Units, by securing right input to the need planning process.
• Responsible to set the right preconditions for assigned countries to monitor Order Management and handle deviations to secure on time deliveries.
This is a permanent role based either in Malmö or Amsterdam.
