Our S&OP (sales and operation) team in Huskvarna currently consists of more than 40 great colleagues who are working to ensure best possible value through the work done within the department. Within S&OP we have planning teams for Finished goods, Accessories and Parts. In the role you will be a part of a team focused on cooperation and collaboration that works in close interaction with the whole supply chain, acting as the natural link between sales & our suppliers.

The location for the position is Huskvarna, but you will interact with people from all over the world.
Your role
In this role your main task is to ensure best possible quality and value through our processes by being the natural spokesperson between our sales organization/distributors and our factories/suppliers. Common tasks are to:
Provide forecast and net demand to factories
Be in close contact with factories and inform organization on supply plans / deviations
Discuss and agree on flexibility with factories
Ensure fair supply / prioritization In case of bottlenecks
Coordinate product phase in/out
Manage inventory at our RDC’s
Provide demand coordinators and demand planners with delivery information

Who you are
In order for you to be successful in this position we see that you are structured in your approach, able to independently plan your week as well as being able to prioritize among a large variety of tasks.
Being analytic as a person is highly important as you will be exposed to large sets of data which requires that you are able to analyze and draw conclusions from it. Lastly it is important that you are able to take own initiatives and challenge us as a team so that we can work to continuously improve our ways of working.
We are ok and interested in newly graduated applicants but are naturally as well looking for more senior planners.
Other requirements for the position:
University Degree and/or equivalent experience within Supply Chain
Good English, both written and spoken
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
