Tetra Pak Processing Components AB We develop, manufacture and market stainless processing components, primarily for the dairy, cheese, ice cream and beverage industries.We supply these components through Tetra Pak's worldwide network of market companies, and we're 230 employees at our plant in Lund, Sweden.Central Supply Management (CSM) within Processing Solutions is looking for a Supply Management Coordinator.As coordinator you will have an important role to consolidate information globally and ensure efficient communication, covering business units and market clusters.Your focus is to make sure that we have the necessary information available to make the best possible decisions to reach our world-class ambitions. As this role is new you will get the opportunity to create a strong communication channel that the organisation will benefit strongly from.While doing this you will build an international network of contacts and act from a role where you are expected to execute and drive your areas of responsibility.Your areas of responsibility: .Communication and information in the Supply Management community via newsletters, intranet and other channels..Ensure routines and monitor Supply Management finance, staffing and competence levels..Ensure security and record-keeping of agreements and other documentation..Creation and maintenance of training material, presentation material and improvement surveys..Executive assistant to Global Director, responsible for general administration and coordinator of quarterly reports, budget/target and review meetings.You are a member of CSM extended management team, reporting to Global Director.You should have a driving personality, be self-motivated, multi-tasked, supportive and communicative as a person.Being precise with details is a must.A university background within business administration is seen as a plus.You also need to be fluent in both written and verbal English.MS Office and especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint are important tools which you master.
