Description

Are you an experienced Supply manager? Would you like to be part of a Supplier Management team in an expanding organization and with a challenging, global supplier responsibility? Then this position could be for you.

Tetra Pak Processing Systems sells and delivers customized liquid food plants within the food, dairy & beverage industry to customers worldwide. We supply our solutions through a worldwide network of market companies. Central Supply Management (CSM) within Tetra Pak Processing Systems is responsible for the supplier base for Processing Solutions globally.

We are looking for a Commercial Supply Manager to be based in our office in Lund. In this role you will work closely with our suppliers, the engineering organisation and internal stakeholders within the global supply management organisation. You will lead all global, commercial negotiations for your supplier base. You will co-ordinate the supplier strategy implementation. You have the possibility to develop and grow into leading the global category of suppliers in a specific category.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with a high level of commercial and negotiating skills and the passion to do business. In your work you are structured and have an analytical mindset. You possess a high level of drive and energy as well as a good business understanding and an ability to collaborate with people on all levels of the organisation. In addition to this you have strong communication and influencing skills. You have the ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts.

We believe the successful candidate has a University degree in Business Administration or Engineering. A minimum of 5 years experience from supplier management with commercial responsibility including contract negotiation and supplier relationship management is required. Project Management, knowledge of lean principles and previous SAP experience is valuable.

A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
