Supply Manager

In the North Europe procurement team, you will be a member of a high professional team, supporting Indirect Purchasing for 15 Tetra Pak companies in the North Europe market. Indirect Purchasing includes all supplier relations that are not related to Tetra Pak customer products.
What you will do
We are currently looking for an experienced Supply Manager (Indirects) for our Nordic markets to be responsible for local Supply Management activities in line with strategies, processes and KPIs, predominantly focusing on Factories equipment, Services and Materials categories in the market
You will focus on:
Drive sourcing and contracting activities as per strategies, focusing preliminary on our Factories equipment, Services and Materials categories in the market, with a view to unlock values and successfully address needs/requests from internal stakeholders
Identify and implement cost savings initiatives for your assigned categories
Build and follow-up on detailed action plans to achieve assigned yearly KPIs for your relevant categories.
Track and report supplier performance; Support supplier development and performance improvement wherever required
Actively engage with stakeholders across the business at local and global levels, building strong relationships and ensuring an early involvement of Supply management in projects
Ensure overall Supply management Policy, Processes and tools are known and followed by stakeholders. Eradicate non-compliance through regular monitoring, trainings and coaching with your respective stakeholders
Support the daily operational purchasing team whenever required
Ensure our master data on assigned suppliers and contracts is maintained and continuously updated

This position will be based in Lund, Sweden and you will be part of the North Europe Procurement team
Who you are
We believe that you are service minded and driven by achieving excellent results. You are comfortable working in a technical environment and have the capability to work independently but also like to work and contribute in a team. You have good networking and communication skills and understand the importance of good service. To build and maintain successful relations comes natural to you. As background you probably have a bachelor’s degree with economics knowledge and preferably some kind of Purchase/Logistic education and/or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within these areas. We expect you to have knowledge in SAP as ERP system as well Ariba or similar, this is seen as an advantage as well as experience from working with change management activities in a productivity way.
A requirement is that you are fluent in Swedish and English and have good MS Office knowledge.
