Supply Manager

As Supply Manager within Converting Equipment Purchasing you are responsible to develop the business relations with our suppliers in order to achieve superior performance in terms of quality, delivery and cost performance.Some of the most important parts of the job are the responsibility for negotiations with suppliers and the overall accountability for their performance.

We work in teams with colleagues from other functions i.e.product development, industrialisation and order fulfilment for production and spare parts.Focus will be on Capital Equipment, i.e.our systems or machines for producing packaging material.
You will get stimulation working towards set targets where you can influence the activities and results.This position will require international travelling to meet our suppliers and visit our operational units.

Kvalifikationer

This position demands a high level of commercial and negotiating skills.As a person you have personal drive and are decisive with a structured holistic view.You have strong communication and social skills and have the ability to create long-term partnerships with an accountable and analytical approach.

Preferred profile for the position is at least 5 years of technical and/or commercial experience from similar tasks, or other long-term strategic purchasing work.
Combined with this is a Master degree within Engineering or Business Administration essential.Prior experience from Converting operations is highly valued, as well as knowledge in propriety rights.Fluency in English both written and verbal is required.
