We offer a creative and stimulating international work environment.In order to achieve superior performance of the Converting Equipment Suppliers within Supply Chain Operations Capital Equipment in terms of quality, delivery and cost we work in teams with colleagues from other functions i.e.product development, industrialisation and order fulfilment for production and spare parts.

As a Supply Manager you will be responsible for a number of our converting equipment suppliers.The main responsibilities and objectives are to:
-Drive sourcing and contracting activities based on our commercial strategy and technical roadmap
-Drive and improve our relationship with our suppliers
-Optimize our cost structure and our supplier base
-Drive and measure our supplier's performance
-Continuously strive for improving our internal processes and workflow

Kvalifikationer

Preferred profile for the position is at least 2 years of technical and/or commercial experience from similar tasks, or other long-term strategic purchasing work.You have a technical or economical University degree.Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.

This position demands a high level of commercial and negotiating skills.You should posses a high level of drive and energy and be decisive.You also have a structured holistic view and an analytical mindset.You have strong communication and social skills and have the ability to create long-term partnerships.
