Supply Manager

Tetra Laval Group Transport & Travel is part of Tetra Pak's Supplier Management organisation and is responsible for sourcing and contracting of Tetra Laval global transport and travel volumes.In addition to the supplier management tasks we are a centre of expertise in Export Control.This close-knit group of 15 employees is now looking for a Supply Manager Sea Freight.

The successful candidate must be prepared for a demanding job in a truly global environment.The position has tactical as well as strategic focus and takes responsibility primarily for sourcing and contracting of sea freight transportation in a team together with two experienced colleagues.Managing total performance of specific suppliers is another key task.

You will be involved in a large international network both within Tetra Laval and externally.The role includes a stakeholder responsibility, which you are expected to maintain and actively develop in a partnership spirit.Another part of the job is to be participating in logistics development activities together with the different supply chains in the company.Travel is a natural part of the role.

Kvalifikationer

Your background is in a similar strategic purchasing and/or logistics role within a large industrial company.You probably have a University degree within the area.A very good command of English, both written and spoken, is required.

As a person you drive for result and have developed problem solving and priority setting skills.You excel in relationship management and are a good listener and communicator.
